Beacon Hill’s Denver Office Named to Denver’s 2023 Best Places to Work
Beacon Hill’s Denver office has recently been named to the Best Places to Work in Denver 2023 list as hosted by the Denver Business Journal (DBJ).
The Denver office of Beacon Hill first opened in 2014, as the Beacon Hill Financial and Beacon Hill Technologies divisions arrived. In 2019, Beacon Hill Legal joined the Denver office as well.
Ranking 10th on the medium-sized business list, this is the very first time that the office has made this list since Beacon Hill expanded into the Denver area. Not only is this a wonderful accomplishment for Beacon Hill as first-time winners, but it’s also one of pride as just under 200 companies were in the running, but only 70 companies were named to the list based solely on employee feedback regarding 10 key engagement categories.
The Denver Business Journal noted that Denver area workers are highly engaged, ranking just slightly below the national engagement average. The DBJ further noted that, “92% of metro area employees understand how their job contributes to their company’s overall success. On top of that: 91% of Denver employees feel accepted by their immediate co-workers, and perhaps more importantly, 91% feel everyone treats each other with respect.”
