Expanding in the Heart of Downtown Raleigh
Beacon Hill's Raleigh team has nearly doubled its office footprint at 434 Fayetteville Street, expanding from about 2,200 to 4,200 square feet. Staying downtown supports accessibility, collaboration and stronger connections with clients and candidates across the region.
“We felt that Downtown Raleigh is a perfect central hub to everyone,” said Alec McDaniel, Regional Director at Beacon Hill.
Growing Local Teams to Meet Demand
The expansion also reflects team growth, with plans to increase Raleigh headcount from 24 to more than 46 in the coming years to meet rising demand for specialized talent solutions.
“All of our teams are really energetic and they really enjoy being in the office,” Alec said.

Since opening in 2023, the Raleigh office has grown from serving five local clients to partnering with 113 companies across the region in the past year alone.
