Beacon Hill Named One of the Largest IT Staffing Firms in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts

Beacon Hill has earned a top-ten ranking on Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 list of the Largest IT Staffing Firms in the United States, coming in at #10. This marks the tenth consecutive year the firm has been recognized on this list, reinforcing its position as a key player in the U.S. tech staffing market.

According to SIA’s newly released report, 57 firms generated at least $100 million in U.S. IT temporary staffing revenue in 2024. Combined, these firms brought in an estimated $28.1 billion, representing 73% of the market.

Notably, this year’s list is smaller than last year’s, reflecting broader industry headwinds. Just 57 companies met the revenue threshold in 2024, down from 66 the previous year—a signal of ongoing market contraction. According to SIA, the decline mirrors a general slowdown across nearly every staffing segment, with the IT space feeling the impact alongside others. Beacon Hill contributed an estimated $663 million in IT staffing revenue.
