Beacon Hill was recently named to Comparably’s list of Happiest Employees 2021. Beacon Hill ranked among the top 50 large companies recognized across the country, a ranking derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees based on topics that contribute to overall happiness at work. Beacon Hill was one out of three large staffing companies that were recognized to the list.

Ratings within this category were compiled during the COVID-19 pandemic (September 2020 to September 2021), confirming that despite the extreme hardships endured throughout the year, Beacon Hill employees felt that their needs were met, and their overall happiness remained a top priority.
