Beacon Hill has once again been recognized among the world’s largest staffing firms, earning the #67 spot on Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Largest Staffing Firms Globally 2025 list. This marks the ninth time we have received this distinction.

The annual report highlights the 100 largest staffing firms worldwide, which collectively generated $257 billion in revenue in 2024, representing approximately 41% of the global staffing market. Despite a 5% overall market contraction last year, these leading firms saw only a 3% year-over-year revenue decline, demonstrating their resilience and scale.

Global Market Context

• Nearly half of the companies recognized are headquartered in the United States (40 firms), followed by the United Kingdom (15 firms) and Japan (13 firms).
• In total, the list represents firms from 15 countries worldwide.
