Beacon Hill Named to SIA’s List of Largest U.S. Staffing Firms for 10th Time, Ranking #25
Beacon Hill has once again earned national recognition, securing the #25 spot on Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 list of Largest Staffing Firms in the United States. With an estimated $1.023 billion in U.S. staffing revenue in 2024, this marks the tenth time Beacon Hill has been named to the list! A milestone achievement that reflects the company’s sustained excellence and continued growth.

This year’s report includes 224 staffing companies that each generated at least $100 million in U.S. staffing revenue last year, collectively accounting for $126.4 billion in revenue and representing 67.5% of the market by SIA estimates.
Despite the challenging economic landscape, Beacon Hill’s performance stands out. The staffing industry has experienced a notable contraction since its 2022 peak, with the number of qualifying firms on this list dropping from 251 to 224 year-over-year.
“This year’s list illustrates how the staffing industry is still adjusting to a more tempered demand environment following a period of rapid growth,” said Kevin Chen, SIA Research Analyst and author of the report. “The decline in qualifying firms is not just a statistic — it’s a reflection of tighter client budgets, longer sales cycles and a more competitive landscape across key staffing segments.”
