Beacon Hill Named to SIA's Prestigious "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List for Second Straight Year
For the second year in a row, the premiere publication Staffing Industry Analysts hasrecognized Beacon Hill on its "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List! The winners were announced at Staffing Industry Analysts' 26th Annual Executive Forum, held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA. Beacon Hill was one of five finalists honored in the 500-plus employee category.

Approximately 300 staffing firms participated in the program for 2017, which was conducted by SIA in collaboration with Quantum Workplace. Internal employees were asked to fill out a 40-item online questionnaire measuring 10 key elements of engagement, including teamwork, feeling valued, trust in senior leaders, compensation and benefits, and manager effectiveness. Companies were then ranked based on overall composite score, and the top quartile of each category was recognized.
