Beacon Hill Named to The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work List for 10th Consecutive Year
Beacon Hill has earned a spot on The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work 2024 list, ranking #25 in the “Large Employers” category. This recognition marks the 10th consecutive year Beacon Hill has been celebrated for its exceptional workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
The rankings, now in their 17th year, are based on survey responses from employees, who provide firsthand insights into their workplace experiences. Conducted by Energage, a leading employee research and consulting firm, the survey invited employers across Massachusetts to participate. Out of all of the employees who evaluated their organizations on critical factors like leadership, appreciation, benefits and more.
On December 4th, Beacon Hill joined other honorees at an awards reception featuring appetizers, music, networking and the live reveal of rankings across all categories. The event celebrated the companies that foster positive, inclusive and engaging work environments for their teams.
