Beacon Hill Named to Two Notable Lists – Best Company Compensation and Happiest Employees – by Comparably
Beacon Hill in Boston, Massachusetts, was recently named to two distinguished lists – Happiest Employees and Best Company Compensationby Comparably. These awards were part of Comparably’s quarterly awards where Beacon Hill was found at the top among the tens of thousands of companies that were considered.
For Happiest Employees, Beacon Hill ranked #57 out of 100 large companies that were honored. These results were determined by compiling feedback from anonymous surveys that were sent out to all employees at each ranked company.
For Best Company Compensation, Beacon Hill ranked #89 out of the top 100 large companies that were honored. Comparably rankings for this list were based on employee feedback that resulted from a variety of questions to determine their total contentment with their compensation package.
