Beacon Hill Once Again Named to The Boston Globes Top Places to Work List; Ranked 17th in the State of Massachusetts in the Medium Employers Category

Beacon Hill was again named to The Boston Globe’s prestigious Top Places to Work list for 2019, ranking 17th out of 40 companies in the "Medium Employers” category. This is the fifth consecutive year that Beacon Hill has been recognized, and sixth year overall.

The news was reported in a special Top Places to Work magazine supplement included in The Boston Sunday Globe on November 17th. This is the popular magazine’s twelfth year of honoring the state’s most beloved workplaces based on surveys of the people who know best – the employees themselves. On Thursday, November 14th, Beacon Hill joined other Top Places recipients at Big Night Live for an awards reception.

The Boston Globe’s 2019 Top Places to Work survey was conducted by Energage of Philadelphia, an employee research and consulting firm. The Globe invited employers of all sizes and from across the state to participate in the survey, of which 323 completed the entire process. Completed surveys were received from over 65,981 individuals, who rated their employers based on key metrics such as direction, management, training, and job satisfaction.
