Comparably’s Best Company Outlook list is based on sentiment ratings provided by current employees about how confident they feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend (referred to as an eNPS or employee Net Promoter Score). Comparably’s Best Sales Teams list is based on sentiment ratings provided by current employees in sales departments who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com within the past 12 months. Nearly 20 different workplace culture categories were measured, from compensation, leadership, and co-workers to work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and perks and benefits.
Finally, for Best Workplaces in Boston, Beacon Hill ranked #12 out of the 25 companies that were recognized.
