Emily’s leadership has played a key role in that progress. She has hired, trained and developed a successful and expanding team, fostering resilience and alignment during periods of change. Today, that team stands ready to capture new opportunities and expand Beacon Hill Technologies’ presence in the Pittsburgh market.  

A Proven Leader Driving Market Results

Emily joined Beacon Hill in August 2017 as an Account Executive and has built an exceptional career defined by sustained performance and leadership. Over the past seven years, she has earned five promotions, advancing from Sr. Account Executive to Sr. Managing Consultant Sales, Business Development Manager, Division Manager and now Division Director.  

Her consistent results have been recognized across the organization. Emily is a Rookie Club honoree, a five-time President’s Club qualifier, and a seven-time Top of the Hill winner, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to delivering results and strengthening client partnerships.
