Beacon Hill’s Dallas Office Once Again Named to DBJ’s Best Places to Work List
Beacon Hill’s Dallas, Texas, office was recently named, for the second time, to the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” list. Employees from the Dallas office – which is home to BH Technologies, BH Financial and BH Legal – completed surveys from an independent research company covering topics such as work environment, innovations, people practices, personal growth and employee recognition. According to the DBJ, the overall results landed the Dallas office among the top echelon of North Texas companies.
On Thursday, September 26, Beacon Hill Dallas was recognized at the DBJ’s 11th annual honoree luncheon. Of the 57 North Texas-based businesses named to the list, Beacon Hill Dallas was ranked in the top 20.
Following the luncheon, a write up on Beacon Hill Dallas’ recognition was published by the journal. Noted in the article were examples of innovative or special employee perks. “At Beacon Hill every quarter, the entire office spends an afternoon participating in events that not only bring the team together, but involve participating in all that DFW has to offer.
