Eileen Vega-Lamboy Honored as a 2024 EWNJ Salute to the Policy Makers Honoree
Eileen Vega-Lamboy, Senior Director of National Business Development for BH Legal, was recognized by the Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ) as a 2024 Salute to the Policy Makers honoree. The awards gala, held on October 22, 2024, at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains, celebrated high-achieving women leaders who are making transformative impacts in their organizations, industries and communities.
This honor recognizes Eileen’s decades of accomplishments as well as her unwavering commitment to building a strong pipeline of talent while fostering teams and relationships nationwide. As Senior Director at BH Legal, she has played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, expanding business opportunities and ensuring that culture remains a priority in the talent pipeline. Eileen devotes considerable time and energy to helping candidates access opportunities and providing the resources they need to advance, break barriers and shatter glass ceilings. Her leadership empowers women in the legal sector and beyond, creating pathways for future female leaders and further solidifying her well-deserved recognition.
