For the Fifth Consecutive Year, Beacon Hill Chicago Has Been Named to Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work List
Crain's Chicago Business recently named Beacon Hill one of Chicago's Best Places to Work in 2022 for the fifth year in a row.
Beacon Hill ranked 56th overall among the large Chicago employers list, moving up 10 spots from last year. Crain's announced these rankings during an awards luncheon on September 14th, 2022. The event was hosted by Pat Tomasulo, American journalist of the independent television station, WGN, and featured a live unveil of the rankings.
“We have outstanding teams across the entire market,” said Andrew Wang, CEO. “They have built a great business with a great culture.”
The qualifications for this competitive list include an evaluation of workplace policies, benefits, human resources and perks. Employee surveys assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees were then analyzed in combination with the workplace polices to calculate the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and applied its expertise to determine the final ranking.
