The Chicago office of our client, a national law firm, sought numerous conflict analysts to support an influx of new clients, cases, and employees. At the time, the local market did not have enough talent to support our client’s needs.​

After conducting a thorough analysis of the situation, Beacon Hill Legal identified a potential solution. We recommended our client consider candidates who recently received their paralegal certificates or juris doctors. These candidates had proven technical and software skills, making them ideal for learning the firm’s conflicts software application.​
