BH Life Sciences™ Case Study

Fulfilling a High Volume of HEDIS Nurses Quickly

Challenge

Our partner, a large nationwide health plan provider, needed twenty-six healthcare effectiveness data and information set (HEDIS) nurses for one of their division hubs in Kentucky. Specifically, they required registered nurses (RNs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and licensed practical nurses (LPNs). Their high-volume needs had to be onboarded quickly and in time for the HEDIS season.

Solution

Beacon Hill Health & Clinical Resources left no stone unturned in our quest to meet the challenge. We used all our resources, including job boards, candidate pipelines, candidate referrals, as well as past career fairs and conference connections. We also marketed these opportunities with our school partners, who sent our information to their alumni distribution group, and our national fulfillment team worked on these roles around the clock. Finally, we leveraged our other division connections within Beacon Hill for additional referrals.

Achievements

We filled all twenty-six HEDIS nurse requisitions with an acceptable combination of RNs, LVNs, and LPNs.
