Challenge
Our client, a large government contractor, needed ongoing support for a large federal financial agency in three locations. They were constrained by the number of vendors they could use and were having trouble finding candidates with a clearance and excellent financial history. The client turned to Beacon Hill to fulfill high volume positions in several different areas.
Solution
Beacon Hill Government services successfully screened and staffed many positions for the client in all three locations.
The Results
Based on the success of this project, we were named one of their top three vendors. The client was able to maintain contractors in each seat and maximize their billing to the government.
