To improve technical talent quality at scale, Beacon Hill designed and implemented a custom technology screening and assessment program, with modular assessments tailored by business unit and technical skillset. These modules enabled consistent, objective screening across diverse roles while ensuring the evaluation reflected the client’s real environment and delivery expectations.

To protect the integrity of the process and reduce cycle time, the program incorporated AI-enabled fraud detection to identify potential assessment misuse and other anomalies.
