Improving Consultant Performance
Challenge
Our partner, an accountable care organization (ACO), informed us of a candidate who we had recently placed in New York City whose performance was below their expectations.
Solution
Beacon Hill Health & Clinical Resources immediately started a diagnostic inquiry to identify the performance issue. We informed our client that we work with various clinical experts, and quickly ascertained that the issue was a lack of specific training on one aspect of the role.
Achievements
We brought our consultant up to speed with training from our clinical experts. Our client was very satisfied with the new skill set and knowledge from our consultant. We also reduced the bill rate by 15 percent to our client to amend for the loss of production.
