Challenge
Our client is a women-owned consulting firm who won a large contract with a client that required them to staff hundreds of contract professionals for call center and administrative support urgently. The client’s ramp up of resources was to address an immediate launch of the program with a longer-term goal of converting much of the team to permanent employees. They relied on our proven success delivering top tier talent and partnered with us to create a high-volume recruiting plan.
Solution
Beacon Hill Associates placed over 300 contract employees in less than three months, with hundreds of additional placements forthcoming to support this project. Our work supports multiple businesses and the public sector in Chicago, and based on our success, we have grown to support new programs nationwide.
The Results
To date, we have placed 1,500 contract employees and over 230 permanent employees with this client. Due to our successful placements, our outcomes qualified us to support large-scale, high-profile COVID-19 relief initiatives.
