A commercial life sciences client (radiopharmaceutical manufacturer) had multiple active workstreams spanning quality, validation, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and related operational functions, supported through ongoing time-and-materials engagements. Delivery required experienced professionals across GMP-regulated manufacturing, quality assurance and control, inspection readiness, computer system validation and regulatory documentation. Continuity and fit-for-purpose oversight mattered to avoid disruption across regulated life sciences programs, particularly amid rapid growth, compliance demands, regulatory issues and aggressive deadlines.

Beacon Hill supported the client through ongoing delivery across quality, validation, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and related life sciences functions.

  • Responded to 283 requisitions and provided talent support across regulated manufacturing and quality functions.
  • Placed 26 contract professionals and four direct-hire professionals across multiple departments within the organization.
  • Supported roles include Analytical Chemists, Validation Engineers, Quality Assurance and Quality Control professionals, Manufacturing Technicians, Technical Writers in Regulatory Affairs and Microbiology leadership.
  • Maintained an average candidate submission turnaround of five days with approximately three candidates submitted per requisition.
  • Delivered assignments with an average initial contract term of six months, with extensions also averaging six months where continued support was needed.
  • Supported the client’s regulated environment with talent aligned to GMP, inspection readiness, quality assurance and computer system validation requirements.
  • Enabled longer-term talent retention through approximately five consultant-to-FTE conversions.
