Remote Managed Review Services Brought in to Manage a Large-scale Document Review Project

Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, sought a remote-managed review solution for a document review project that had already begun with another staffing vendor. After the first week, when the other vendor wasn’t fulfilling their obligations, our client asked Beacon Hill Legal to step in.

Given the document population and deadline, the Beacon Hill Legal national recruiting team identified, onboarded, and successfully engaged nearly 250
admitted attorneys and five project managers in forty-eight hours. Along with staffing the project, we provided a secure remote workspace environment, as well as project management services, including metrics reporting, status updates and communications, quality control, Privilege log and redactions.
