BH Legal™ Case Study
Supporting a Document Review Project with Multilingual Reviewers Covering Twenty-two Languages
Challenge
Our client, a Boston law firm, was tasked with completing a document review project in twenty-two languages for one of their customers. Given the broad scope, the client reached out to Beacon Hill Legal and three other companies, as well as worked with their own internal resources to support the review. Beacon Hill Legal was engaged at the request of their customer’s general counsel.
Solution
To tap into a large, diverse group of bilingual and multilingual candidates, we advised our client to house the attorneys in all three of their East Coast offices. Our Boston director acted as the single point of contact and worked with recruiters from Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C., to source attorneys with the right experience.
Achievements
Beacon Hill Legal staffed nearly 75 percent of the total project and successfully reviewed all the foreign language documents on this matter. Our recruiting strategy outperformed the other legal staffing firms engaged by the client, as evidenced by our successful placement of three times as many attorneys as the other three firms.
