Our Dedicated Resource Program Supports Financial Planning and Analysis Needs
Challenge
Our client, a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company headquartered in Pennsylvania, needed to relieve their finance director of some of her duties. Recognizing our expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) reporting, our client chose to outsource these tasks to us, including having us place two consultants to conduct FP&A reporting.
Solution
After four months, one of our consultants elected to leave the contract position role to pursue a longer-term commitment. Recognizing this challenge, we introduced our dedicated resource program to our client. By highlighting the benefits of this program, including paid time off and quarterly bonuses, which are unique perks that influence retention, we were able to replace the consultant with a new dedicated resource within one month.
Achievements
Our dedicated resource program continues to be a success for our client. In fact, shortly after their first use, they engaged us again to prevent accounts payable (A/P) business disruption. We placed another dedicated resource to support their A/P needs, and this person is still working with this client today.
