Alisha is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial’s Portland team by delivering top talent and consulting services to the Portland metro area and beyond. Alisha brings 15+ years of experience placing top talent in temporary, direct hire, and executive search. She returned to Beacon Hill in 2024, having previously been here in 2020-2022. Alisha brings a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University and is a Portland native. She is a longtime friend of FEI and FENG.
