Anthony (Tony) Olmo serves on Beacon Hill’s National Strategic Accounts team within the Government Services & Technologies division, where he partners with federal agencies and prime contractors to deliver scalable workforce and mission-critical solutions across the Department of Defense and civilian sectors.

Anthony is nationally recognized for his leadership within the defense and government contracting community. He is a recipient of the AFCEA International 40 Under 40 Award and Distinguished Young Professional, recognizing top emerging leaders across the global defense technology ecosystem. Under his leadership involvement, AFCEA San Diego’s Emerging Leaders program earned multiple national distinctions, including Emerging Leader Chapter of the Year and Model Emerging Leaders Program Award. He has also been recognized as a San Diego Business Journal 40 under 40 Next Top Business Leader nominee, highlighting his impact within the regional business community. Anthony received his M.S. Degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California and his B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Radford University. 

With over a decade of experience in federal business development, capture management, and strategic staffing, Anthony has led and supported multimillion-dollar Navy and DoD pursuits spanning C5ISR, cybersecurity, software engineering, and enterprise IT modernization. He has contributed to successful prime and subcontract awards and has built pipelines across Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, and civilian agencies. His background supporting small business set-asides provides him with expertise in competitive positioning, teaming strategy, small business utilization, and full-lifecycle pursuit management. At Beacon Hill, Anthony leverages his combined capture, staffing, and federal growth background to expand national strategic accounts, strengthen delivery partnerships, and align talent strategies directly to mission outcomes.
