Emily Neuhauser, Esq. is a Senior Managing Consultant on Beacon Hill Legal’s Southeast direct hire attorney search team. She works with law firms and corporate legal departments across the region to identify and recruit exceptional attorneys for roles that align with their long-term goals and values.
Before transitioning to recruiting, Emily practiced law for nearly a decade at firms across North Carolina. Her firsthand experience in legal practice gives her a nuanced understanding of firm dynamics and the career inflection points that drive attorneys to make a move. Her clients and candidates value her insight, candor, and commitment to making thoughtful, strategic matches.
Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a B.A. from Rhodes College. Outside of her recruiting work, she serves on her town’s Environmental Advisory Board and is the director of a local sustainability initiative that transforms donated fabric into reusable tote bags. She is also a certified Pure Barre instructor and a classically trained soprano.
