Jeff Innis leads Beacon Hill Financial in the Greater Tampa Bay market, overseeing business development, client partnerships, and team growth. With more than 12 years of staffing experience, Jeff is known for delivering exceptional client service, driving strategic market expansion, and building high-performing teams within accounting and finance.
Before joining Beacon Hill, Jeff spent over 10 years with a global staffing firm, managing large teams across multiple verticals and markets. During that time, he earned recognition as a top producer and leader.
Jeff began his career as a Staffing Manager and quickly advanced into leadership roles, where he guided large teams and mentored future industry leaders. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bryant University. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and is a devoted Boston sports fan.
