Joanna Ganley
Senior Managing Consultant
Joanna Ganley joined Beacon Hill Legal in 2020 and serves as a Senior Managing Consultant for the Mid-Atlantic region. She oversees a team of recruiters and leads strategic recruitment initiatives for contract and contract-to-hire legal positions. Joanna partners with law firms and corporate legal departments to place high‑caliber legal talent, including legal support professionals, paralegals, and attorneys. She is committed to building authentic relationships with candidates and helping them achieve their long‑term career goals.
Joanna is also an active member of Beacon Hill’s Employee Resource Networks, participating in Mosaic: Beacon Hill Colleagues of Color and StandOut: LGBTQ+ at Beacon Hill.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from James Madison University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places with her dog and attending live music events.
