Ms. Moore is responsible for leading and directing the Beacon Hill Financial team in the Charlotte marketplace. With extensive experience recruiting accounting and financial professionals at all levels, she is known for her excellent customer service and diligence in working with clients and candidates. In her current role, Ms. Moore is responsible for overseeing the Beacon Hill Finance team, including but not limited to accounting and finance recruiting, relationship building, career development, client relationship management, direct-hire and temporary/contract placement. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Moore was in a leadership role with a local financial recruiting firm where she built and managed a very successful Finance & Accounting team. In addition to her exceptional leadership skills, Ms. Moore was instrumental in the development and growth of the firm's accounting and finance staffing platform, and was consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers. Ms. Moore graduated with a Bachelor‘s degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
