Mark Berman
Recruiting Manager
Mr. Berman is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the recruiting team for Beacon Hill Technologies in the Madison area, Northern Wisconsin and the Fox Valley. He is known for a consultative, relationship‑first approach to IT recruiting, building high‑performing teams, and delivering talent for both high‑volume needs and niche skill sets. His leadership emphasizes transparency, responsiveness, and long‑term career alignment and care for the professionals he supports.
Mr. Berman joined Beacon Hill in 2015. He is a seven‑time President’s Club honoree and a former Midwest Region Recruiter of the Year. He actively champions inclusive hiring practices and has been frequently commended by candidates and clients for going above and beyond throughout the hiring lifecycle. He loves solving complex business puzzles.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Berman held recruiting and account management roles in the IT staffing industry. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
