Michele Green is a Senior Managing Consultant in NY for Beacon Hill Legal and Lead Recruiter for MRS for Beacon Hill Legal’s National Managed Review Services Division (MRS). She oversees a team of recruiters, placing attorneys and legal staff at all levels in a wide range of temporary engagements, from large-scale document review projects to highly substantive roles requiring advanced expertise across diverse practice areas and industries.
Michele began her career in legal staffing in 2011 and joined Beacon Hill in 2013. She works closely with candidates to understand their professional goals and ensures each placement is a strong skills and experience match. With a focus on trust, responsiveness, and results, Michele is passionate about helping legal professionals take the next step in their careers.
Michele earned her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in California. She is a licensed attorney in the state of California.
During her spare time, Michele partners with Themis Bar Review as an Attorney Advisor. She has worked with them since 2012. Here she reviews and provides feedback on practice bar exam essays for students preparing for the California Bar Exam. Michele is an avid traveler with a passion for national and international travel. She has visited more than 70 countries.
