Ms. Hornbuckle is a Senior Managing Consultant at Beacon Hill Legal, where she manages a team of recruiters and oversees all temporary and temp‑to‑hire recruiting efforts across the Southeast. Rachael specializes in sourcing legal support professionals and attorneys. She partners with law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver top talent for secondments, large‑scale document review projects, and legal support staff placements. She has also played a key role in establishing and re‑establishing Beacon Hill Legal locations throughout the Southeast, supporting the region’s continued growth and market presence.
Rachael attended Georgia State University where she double majored in Educational Psychology and Child Growth & Development. Outside of work, she serves on the Boards of multiple Atlanta-area nonprofit organizations and is the proud mom of two children.
