Radha Kachalia is a Senior Managing Consultant specializing in legal recruitment and talent strategy. During her time with Beacon Hill, Radha has built an incredible team of professionals who partner with organizations of all sizes — from boutique law firms to large, national legal teams and corporate legal departments — to identify and place legal professionals who align with organizational goals and culture. Radha and her team oversee and manage all phases of full life cycle recruitment and client management for direct-hire search and placement of legal staff, including paralegals, legal assistants/secretaries, IP professionals, and business development and marketing staff. With over a decade of experience at Beacon Hill, Radha has built a reputation for her deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and commitment to strong, long-term client relationships. She brings firsthand legal experience and a nuanced understanding of the legal market to every engagement — helping organizations build high-performing teams across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and the DC-Metro area.
Throughout her career, Radha has been recognized for her strong leadership, consultative approach, and commitment to relationship-driven recruiting. She is known for mentoring team members, advising clients through complex hiring decisions, and advocating for talent with clarity and integrity. She also remains actively engaged with various organizations, including the International Practice Management Association and the Association of Legal Administrators.
Radha graduated from Villanova Law School; before transitioning into legal recruiting, she practiced in NY and PA, gaining practical experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Her diverse background allows her to speak credibly with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals at all career stages — from emerging talent to senior leaders.
Outside of work, Radha is an avid reader and pretends to enjoy running for fun. She is also the proud mom of three children, who make every day special.
