Sheena Neal is the Business Development Manager for Beacon Hill Financial, based in the Los Angeles office, specializing in contract and temporary staffing solutions. With over a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Sheena has successfully led business development initiatives throughout the Los Angeles market. She has been recognized multiple times as a top performer, leading high-achieving sales and recruiting teams and mentoring award-winning recruiters along the way.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Sheena worked for a global staffing firm as a Branch Director, managing high-profile clients and projects, driving growth, and building strong client relationships within competitive markets. She holds a degree from Bradley University and is passionate about connecting top talent with leading organizations.
In her free time, Sheena volunteers as a fundraising leader for Santa Monica High School baseball, supports the Red Cross, and works with Our Big Kitchen LA to give back to the community.
