April Boyle joined Beacon Hill Life Sciences in 2023 to mentor and lead a team of recruiters in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York markets. She has over 20 years of combined recruiting experience and has spent the last 15 plus years supporting Life Sciences. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and has consistently been a top performer supporting Scientific, Quality, Compliance, Validation, Engineering, and Project Management roles throughout North America.
