She has 5 years within the industry and along with leading the recruiting team, Devan has been recognized as a top performer at Beacon Hill and takes pride in developing successful individuals while cultivating a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all to thrive in. Devan graduated from Chico State with a bachelor’s in communications and minor in Business Management.
