Mr. Talley leads the Raleigh recruiting team at Beacon Hill Technologies, where he manages the delivery of top-tier IT consultants to local, regional, and national clients. With more than 15 years in the recruitment industry, he has consistently been a high performer and has led both domestic and offshore recruiting teams. Throughout his career, Mr. Talley has built strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
He is recognized for his in-depth knowledge of technical roles and hiring strategies, helping clients secure quality talent, and driving successful hiring outcomes. Passionate about staffing practices, he works to connect skilled professionals with opportunities that benefit all parties.
Mr. Talley earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island, where he was also a member of the NCAA Division I-AA Football Team.
