Beacon Hill Earns Top Honors in Comparably's Annual Awards for 2024
December 16th, 2024
Beacon Hill has been recognized as one of the best companies of the year by Comparably, a leading employee review and salary platform. Out of tens of thousands of companies rated over the past 12 months, Beacon Hill secured accolades in three categories:
Best Company Compensation: Acknowledges employee satisfaction with factors contributing to total compensation, including pay, raises, bonuses and other related benefits packages. Beacon Hill ranked #58.
Best CEOs: Reflects high employee approval ratings and sentiment toward the company’s leadership, specifically its chief executive officer. Beacon Hill ranked #63.
Best Company Culture: Measures core workplace culture metrics such as career growth opportunities, work environment, perks, benefits, employee retention, happiness, work-life balance and overall company outlook. Beacon Hill ranked #45.
"We are thrilled to receive these three prestigious awards for 2024," said Amy Van Sicklin, Chief Culture Officer at Beacon Hill. "Being recognized for our competitive compensation packages for the second year in a row, for our outstanding leadership under our CEO for the fourth consecutive year, and for our vibrant company culture for the fourth time is a testament to our unwavering commitment to our employees. These achievements reflect the passion, dedication and trust our team brings every day. We remain focused on fostering an environment where our employees thrive, feel valued and continue to set new standards of excellence in our industry."
“Ensuring a great environment, where our team members are compensated and recognized, is paramount,” commented Andrew Wang, CEO of Beacon Hill. “We appreciate this recognition.”
The annual Comparably Awards are widely regarded as a trusted benchmark for workplace excellence. Recognitions are based on sentiment data from over 20 million anonymous employee ratings across 70,000 U.S. and Canadian companies. Companies are assessed on a variety of workplace factors, including leadership, compensation, career growth, diversity and more.
These distinctions in the awards were determined through anonymous employee feedback collected on Comparably.com between November 11, 2023, and November 11, 2024. Participants provided sentiment-based ratings on nearly 20 core culture metrics through yes/no, true/false, multiple-choice and 1-10 scale formats. Companies were evaluated based on numerical scores, with added weight given to those with higher employee participation relative to their size.
To qualify for Comparably’s awards, companies with over 500 employees required a minimum of 75 employee participants. Importantly, there were no costs, fees or nomination requirements for eligibility.
This recognition highlights Beacon Hill’s commitment to fostering a supportive workplace where employees thrive and feel valued.
