Our client, a private, for-profit, online university based in the vibrant city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, found themselves in need of assistance in staffing telecommunications roles.
Solution
After comprehensively assessing our client’s needs, Beacon Hill Technologies deployed a telecommunications resource team. This team was responsible for day-to-day operations, planning, application development, maintenance, and quality assurance testing for telecommunications and carrier relations resources.
Achievements
Overall, our resources have helped our client develop voice and interactive voice response (IVR) solutions, upgrade various existing telecommunication systems, and implement a new instant messaging system to improve the interaction between our client’s 35,000 students and faculty and university administration.
