Olivia is responsible for campus and entry-level recruiting, focusing on the Midwest and West regions. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and a double minor in Business and Entrepreneurship. Olivia has been working in staffing since graduating—she started as a technical recruiter, moved into business development and then switched to campus recruiting. Given her love for staffing and relationship-building, she is excited to help recent grads find their new careers with Beacon Hill.
