Providing Information Technology Consultants for Contract-to-Hire Roles​

Challenge

Our client, a publicly traded medical device company in Pennsylvania, worked with their human resources team to conduct permanent placement hiring for IT roles. Their team had difficulty finding network administrators, business analysts, Java developers, and more. They were not finding quality candidates and had many open positions to fill. ​

Solution

We presented our client’s vice president with a contract-to-hire solution. Though contracting was new to them, our open communication enlightened them, our willingness to listen to their concerns, and—most importantly—that we didn’t force anything on them. We collaborated to provide an out-of-the-box solution they had not considered before. ​

Achievements

We were asked to implement our contract-to-hire model. In this model, we’ve made eight placements, many of which are converting to internal, full-time equivalents (FTEs). We have been asked to provide staffing services for three additional departments. ​
