A Fortune 5 healthcare organization embarked on an enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation to modernize operations within its pharmacy and benefits management division. The internal Business Analyst Center of Excellence (CoE) was tasked with supporting this initiative, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce into existing workflows while maintaining service continuity for both new and existing clients.
