The senior vice president of enterprise applications for this Midwestern client was faced with a daunting task. They needed to fill a high-priority, difficult-to-fill business intelligence (BI) / data modeling architect position, a role that required knowledge of rare analytics and reporting tools. Despite having thirteen staffing vendors in their program, the position had gone unfilled for over six months, and our client was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of success.​
