Migrating a Legacy Financial System to a Cloud-based Solution
Challenge
Our client, a large government integrator, was awarded an intelligence agency program. To manage the migration of a legacy financial system to Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud, a cloud-based solution, our client needed a partner who had obtained a facility clearance (FCL). Given the nature of this program, all consultants were also required to have proper security clearances.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies’ project manager and technical director scoped the project, offered a solution, and delivered a successfully managed service comprised of multiple cleared AWS GovCloud architects to work within the defined scope of work.
Achievements
This ongoing project is scheduled to be delivered on time. Additionally, we are proud to share that our sister specialty division, OneBeacon, was awarded phase two of this project due to our successful delivery.
