Challenge
A consumer-packaged goods company needed a team of developers to stabilize a failed launch of their most highly trafficked website. They hired and spent millions on the launch with a third-party vendor to move their website from a SharePoint environment to a Sitecore environment, which failed after the launch. They had hundreds of open tickets within the first days of their busiest time of the year, and they needed Sitecore developers to immediately stabilize their website and prevent this from happening to an upcoming website build.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies quickly sourced senior Sitecore resources with niche skill sets. We also hired a project manager to implement Agile project plans and monitor the timeline and budget.
Achievements
We identified gaps and proactively presented contractors who were onboarded immediately to support the urgent project.
