Managed Services Provide Rapid Staffing for Technical Projects and Earns Beacon Hill Top Vendor and Sole Solution Provider
Challenge
Our client, a Dallas firm specializing in developing phone tracking and video communication technologies, hired a large integrator who was having difficulty providing the firm with qualified candidates to meet their technical staffing needs. The integrator could not fill the positions, and the costs exceeded the client’s budget.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies was selected to assign a project team of nine individuals to meet our client’s pressing needs. The team consisted of four full stack developers, one project manager (PM), one business analyst, user interface (UI) frontend developer, one quality assurance (QA), and one release manager.
Achievements
Our team created a project plan, met weekly for status updates, and provided the quickest project wrap-up in one month. We successfully staffed the entire project and became our client’s number one vendor and sole solution provider supporting their Exodus Planner and NextJail projects. With stringent requirements in mind, only one out of every four candidates who interviewed was placed with our client. We have placed thirty candidates in permanent and contract-to-hire roles within the last three months.
