Challenge

Our client, a provider of cloud-based remote connectivity services, has consistent needs to staff their customer service and sales center. They frequently need to fill over twenty roles in a few days and have strict training requirements. We understood the gravity of their situation and were committed to providing a solution.

Solution

Beacon Hill Associates devised and implemented a custom recruiting strategy to attract and retain customer service talent. We formed relationships with local colleges and universities, and we managed career fairs to attract talent. Our unique referral bonuses and pay raises incentivized individuals who achieved longevity in their assignments
 

Achievements

We filled 85 percent of the open roles, and 75 percent of our candidates proceeded past the training period. Many of our placements converted to direct, full-time employees, and these employees refer additional candidates to us and our clients.

The company recently went through a request for proposal (RFP) process and chose us as their primary vendor based on our previous performance, cost, and quality.
