What is the Beacon Hill hiring process like?


Internal hiring

We put our corporate roles on our intranet first, as we believe in internal promotion. But if we need to expand the search, we post them online where anyone can apply for them, and we may start looking for you directly.

This may look like our team reaching our to third touch connections through LinkedIn, considering referrals or sponsoring roles to people with the exact skills we need.


External hiring

For our partner-posted roles, it all starts at the job board. To get hired for those types of positions follow this formula:

  1. Apply for a position with us.
  2. Hold tight while we review your resume.
  3. If a match exists, a Beacon Hill recruiter will reach out to you to discuss your professional interests and experience in an initial interview with a Beacon Hill recruiter (a detailed, 20-25 minute conversation).
